All Sent Letters available from the Policy screen
November 2004LIFEfit users now have instant access to all correspondence sent out to any policy holder. All the letters sent to the client, including cheques, payment reminders, lapse notifications, are now automatically attached to the Policy screen. They can be opened to view on-screen as Word documents and re-printed on request to send another copy to the client. Users can also immediately see the date when the letters were sent. ||
