Document Retrieval in LIFEfit
January 2005All the incoming and outgoing documents for any policy can now be retrieved in LIFEfit at a click of a button.
Incoming documents can be scanned and attached directly to the policy screen. Correspondence sent by clients, such as passports, application forms, surrender requests, birth certificates, can now be uploaded at the click of a button onto the client's policy record.
This complements the automatic document storage (DocStore) functionality. All the letters sent to the client, including cheques, payment reminders, lapse notifications, are automatically indexed and attached to the Policy the moment they are produced and sent.
These two new features enhance the LIFEfit system with a complete correspondence record available on enquiry – all the written contact with the policy holder, in and out. There are no limits to the number of documents that can be stored. ||
